A Note From My Heart to Yours

Hi beautiful souls,

Before anything else, thank you for being here. Your presence, your curiosity, and your openness are part of what allows this work to continue growing and deepening, whether we connect in person or from afar.

Over the past year, I’ve been spending a lot of quiet time listening. To my body. To my intuition. To the experiences of those I work with, both locally and remotely. I wasn’t trying to change anything. I was simply paying attention to what felt most honest and most supportive in the healing space.

What became clear is this. When my offerings were kept separate, something often felt incomplete. One session might open something that needed grounding. Another might awaken something that wanted energetic or spiritual support. When I allow myself to weave all of my modalities together intuitively, the work feels whole. People feel fully seen and held through their healing process, no matter where they are.

This is what I mean when I say my work has been shifting. I’m focusing less on labels and more on healing as a whole. Reiki, intuitive yoga, meditation, sound healing, and spiritual insight through psychic and mediumship work are simply different ways of responding to what is present in the moment.

Moving forward, every session will meet you exactly where you are, in your body and in your life. There is no expectation that you believe in anything specific or understand energy in a certain way. All you need to do is show up. I’ll meet you there with care, love, and respect.

As I look toward 2026, I feel called to expand this work through small workshops, group meditations, more remote Reiki offerings, and outdoor sessions by the beach or the bay. Simple, grounding spaces to breathe, reconnect, and feel supported.

You can expect to hear from me about once a month. Sometimes I’ll share a reflection, a teaching, a blog post, or simply a reminder to pause and breathe. There’s no pressure here, just an open line of connection.

We are community. We are family. And I’m here with you, wherever you are.
